Executive Director

With over a decade of leadership experience in churches, education, and nonprofit organizations, Courtney brings a deep passion for helping mission-driven teams build sustainable, supportive communities.

Her journey has given her a front-row seat to the quiet challenges many leaders face – loneliness, lack of support, and the heavy responsibility of carrying a vision that serves others.
