Executive Director
With over a decade of leadership experience in churches, education, and nonprofit organizations, Courtney brings a deep passion for helping mission-driven teams build sustainable, supportive communities.
Her journey has given her a front-row seat to the quiet challenges many leaders face - loneliness, lack of support, and the heavy responsibility of carrying a vision that serves others. These experiences have shaped her commitment to creating spaces where nonprofits feel secure, connected, and empowered.
“My goal is to strengthen meaningful relationships, empower nonprofits to live out their mission with confidence, and foster collaboration that leads to a healthier, more vibrant community.”
