We’re thrilled to introduce Sarah Orsini as the newest member of the My Community Catalyst team.
Sarah joins us through our valued partnership with Ladders for Leaders, a wonderful program dedicated to providing paid internships that empower emerging professionals across Central Texas to expand their skills and networks.
About Sarah
Sarah is currently pursuing her International Baccalaureate Diploma at Meridian World School, where she’s distinguished herself as a dynamic student leader. As Secretary General of Meridian Model UN and SICMUN VIII Jr., she has successfully guided diverse teams to design and deliver high-impact diplomatic simulations. Beyond her leadership roles, Sarah has already made a mark in our community by creating multimedia content for local nonprofits, merging her creativity with a deep commitment to community engagement.
Her passion for international relations and law drives everything she does. Sarah is eager to leverage her strong communication and organizational skills to tell the stories that connect people, spark dialogue, and inspire action, both locally and globally.
Why We’re Excited
Sarah’s blend of strategic thinking, multimedia expertise, and genuine enthusiasm aligns perfectly with My Community Catalyst’s mission: to amplify voices, foster collaboration, and ignite positive change. Through our collaboration with Ladders for Leaders, we’re proud to offer Sarah a platform where she can grow, experiment, and learn alongside seasoned mentors, while contributing fresh ideas and energy to our work.
About My Community Catalyst
At My Community Catalyst, our mission is to conduct data-driven needs assessments and connect the right partners to close service gaps. Our vision is a thriving, inclusive community in which geography, income, or background never stand in the way of opportunity. Our purpose is to serve as a dynamic catalyst for change by driving sustainable improvements in social services through collaboration, education, and innovation.
Through strategic-planning workshops, our Resource Exchange Hub, and the “Let’s Talk WilCo Podcast,” MC2 equips organizations with the tools and training they need to scale solutions quickly. Sarah will strengthen these efforts by crafting compelling narratives, producing share-worthy videos, and helping stakeholders tell their own stories with confidence.

We invite all stakeholders, community partners, nonprofit leaders, and friends, to connect with Sarah. Whether you have a story to share, a project you’d like her to explore, or simply want to welcome her to the field, your support will help her make the most of this internship experience.
